Ho all newbie here so forgive me if I’m asking a stupid question. I started a plan with 200 credits. I tried to use an app that was 100credits and it said it failed. The credits were there yesterday and now they’re gone! I wanted to try the app again today and I realised I only now have 80 credits. How do I resolve this? Cheers

Howdy.
Each use of any One-Click App (activation or deactivation as well) uses credits. If you used an OCA and it didn't apply the intended effect, check in with OBDeleven support thru the "Help" section in the mobile app or the chat option on the obdeleven website (blue bubble in the bottom-right corner of the page). They can help you get the credits back for failed app use.
