I've had my pro 2nd gen for a while now. Originally got it for my mk7 when the 2nd gen first came out. Never had an issue with it but now that I have a 2024 Taos I'm having issues writing one-click apps and even writing my own adaptations.
Even though I have the Pro version for life (as it appears in my account), when I am connected to my Taos and ready to write adaptations, there is no option at all for sfd unlock? To my knowledge, I have everything completed in order to unlock SFD under my account and even when I'm connected to my car, the hood is open like it should be. I click on any vehicle module and none of them show the sfd unlock option. Even the one-click adaptations end up giving me errors when I try to use my credits. Not sure if its because the car is brand new and it still hasn't been updated for it yet?
For the past few days the chat is saying "back online tomorrow" and no one has been able to help me. Please let me know if anyone has had this experience or if there is any help.

check out forum.obdeleven.com/thread/20229/sfd-2-unlocked-2024-models this shows you that OBD11 and all other tools (VCP, VCDS Etc) cant currently code on control units with the SFD protection. This is SFD2 (which is not related to SFD but is new security installed to stop cars being taken over by other people).
