Simple question, is it possible to code traffic sign recognition to show signs from navigation, and without a5 camera.

Reboot infotainment unit by pressing and holding volume knob for 10 seconds.
On the infotainment display go to Car → Setup → Driver Assistance Settings → Dynamic Road Sign Display and enable "Show in instrument cluster" option.
On the infotainment display go to Car → Setup → Instrument Cluster Settings and enable "Dynamic Road Sign Display" option.
