Audi e-tron One-Click App Request: FM Radio Settings

Hi there. Would it be possible to add the below one-click app on the Audi e-tron as follows:

Description:

NAR - North American Region
EU - Europe
JP - Japan

Change the frequency of the radio to regions NAR/EU/JP.

NAR - will change the frequency in FM from 0.1 to 0.2 scrolling and in AM from 19 to 10.
EU - will change the frequency in FM from 0.2 to 0.1 scrolling and in AM from 10 to 19.
JP - will change the frequency in FM every 0.1 and AM every 19 and range is smaller.

✅ North America NAR (FM 87.7 - 107.9MHz, @ 0.2MHz)
Module 5F → Long Coding → Byte 09 → new value: 22

✅ Japan (FM 76.9 - 95.0MHz)
