First - I'm concerned that maybe this tweak will affect the road-legal status of this car. So, before making any coding changes - I suggest that you satisfy yourself that adding the turn-signal function to the fog-lights does NOT contravene the road regulations in the country where you live.
OK, with the caveat that I have NOT implemented this tweak on a car that has a MQB-evo chassis - try this:
central electrics module - Adaptation
- Leuchte 12 NL L B45-Lichtfunktion C 12 > BlinkenlinksHellphase
- Leuchte 13 NL R B5-Lichtfunktion C 13 > BlinkenrechtsHellphase
Note: to make the changes above, you will need to first unlock the SFD protection protocols on this car
