I just bought my 2022 Arteon SEL Rline 4-motion about 2 months ago and saw some people with other VWs even on the same platform enabling what I am seeing referred to as "Audi mode" and I am wondering if anyone can enlighten me on that a bit. More than the help doing it I have some questions and concerns.
I saw this video where he goes about doing it using what appears to be a much older version of OBDEleven but also it is on a GTI and not an Arteon. That said the 2022+ Arteon SEL 4Motion R-Lines should share the same platform with the GTI-R so I am sure this is still possible.

Alright into my questions. One is, how different is this process from a GTI to a 2022 Arteon? It is more or less the same platform in theory so are all the bit and byte assignments the same? The control units might not be the same. Would this exact bit and byte combo carry over or does anyone know which bits and bytes I need to be making changes to to do what he is doing in the video; and I guess my next is, will this ""mess up"" the drive modes at all? I would expect a very linear response curve out of sport mode but what about comfort? Am I just slightly flattening that out too? and is comfort going to drive weird as a result?
Thank you in advance!
P.S. Based on his video I do see that in adaptions I do have it already set as direct, controlled over threshold. I think this may have happened from the throttle response one click app which I wanted to give a try and did not directly name this "mod" as the target goal in the description so I may have inadvertently already done it while just messing around, but my interest in the long coding info remains the same.
