there are a lot of modifications in the application but none of them work. the ones I asked for don't work either....
Is such a device that can't do anything is necessary???
Please fix this OCA.

if you car is a 2024+ model then I am afraid the new Security Features that VAG have introduced mean they cant get access to the control unit to code fixes.
Check out SFD2 on the forum and you will see many people complaining about this (and on other tools as well) last I saw its going to be next year before VAG roll out a fix but they are kind of busy trying to keep the company afloat so may be longer rather than sooner who knows.
