Hi everyone,
After being tired of going to various places to scan my vehicle for a intermittent fault: “Starter System Faulty. Workshop!” On the dash and actually finding nothing I decided to get the OBD11.
The error sometimes stays on for the whole day but sometimes it disappears suddenly after starting the engine. From what I have read online is the ignition switch (normal key, not keyless).
Can anyone help with interpreting this? Since the shops refuse to help me when I show them the scan and they cannot find the error with their obd scanners I have decided to take the DIY route on this one.
Some of them think that “central electronics” is the central locking system
The tool instantly found two faults in the Central Electronics. Below you can find the scan:
