Dear Members,

I had my Golf 8 r a while now and the car did not have the carbon seats with ventilation option and electric memory function.

Now i got all the wiring fixed up and the electric/memory functions works.

I got partialy coding done for ventilation option and it shows up next to the heating function.

Only when pressing the button the ventilation does not work in the seats.

Does anybody have the steps/coding to get the ventilation functionaility to work?

The on-board network unit needs to be replaced.

Let me know if this needs replacement and also what the replacement part number would be.

Pin 42 on the T73a chip is responsible for seat ventilation. This is a LIN connection.
