Hello I want app that fog light will work with high beam, this function have already on obd11 apps but this is not working, please help

Not working , I click on the app and a message pops up: Function not available
, My car is the new model after a face lift, in the picture of the app there is a picture of the old model ,Maybe this problem happens because of that

Now the function is available but still now working..
I activated the app successfully but when I turn high beam the fog light not working, please help
