Hello,

I have a 2016 E-Golf and am trying to determine the usable capacity of the HV/Traction battery using the OBD11 dongle I have. The app version I'm using is 1.9.40 and I have an iPhone. I found a video on YouTube describing how to use OBD11 to determine the HV battery consumption (ultimately battery degradation). The video mentions to go to Gateway, then Live Data, search for "HV" (hybrid battery) and then choose "HV Battery Charge State" and "HV-EM Energy Consumption." Unfortunately, after trying this method, it looks like I do not have the "HV-EM Energy Consumption" option. I've included images of my options on this post. Does anyone know why I'd be missing the "HV-EM Energy Consumption" option?

And you have the e-golf, so it's not gonna work.

Thanks for the reply. Here is the link to the Youtube video titled," e-Golf Check Battery Capacity with OBD11:" . The video clearly shows the use of the OBD11 dongle and app on an e-Golf and the option for "HV-EM Energy Information" is there.
