Trying to read EEPROM on Octavia 2024 MIB3 - Have tried both the recommended modes (EOL and Developer), but seem to only get (11) Function not available.
Are there any other prerequisites for reading this?
I'm on an original OBDEleven (White) if it makes any difference, with Pro subscription
EDIT: I note that the features page says "EEPROM (VAG+Android)" I am currently using an android device, but was planning on getting a new OBDEleven device at some point soon so that I could use my iPhone/iPad. Would this be unsupported?

You are correct IOS app is not as rich as android and does not support many things like eeprom and charts.
I would also suggest that OBD11 has issues with supporting many 2024 cars due to latest protection systems added

I would also suggest that OBD11 has issues with supporting many 2024 cars due to latest protection systems added I wondered if that might be the case, but was hoping not as the production run started in 2020 (and mine is the last of the run). I suspect for SFD protected modules being able to hit the EEPROM directly may defeat the object of that. I’ve got another dongle on order supported by another app for EEPROM reads, so intrigued to see if I have any more luck there.

Yes i am Afraid OBD11 have changed course in my view.
They are now more interested in One Click Apps and look like they are currently working on Toyota Group.
There is a large backlog of VAG Bugs and missing features that we have been waiting for many years to be fixed and still not done.
Having said that the basic tool is still very good.
