Hi everybody, hoping someone has some insight to share with me!
I had the mechatronic in my 2016 GTE fail in the unusualy common way, mesh screen breaks and blocks/damages the solonoid that operates the K0 clutch.
I bought a replacement, drained the gearbox, removed the mechatronic, replaced the faulty solenoid and gaskets, installed the mechatronic again, filled up the gearbox the oil following the correct procedure. Start the car! Meaning the initial problem was solved, K0 clutch is operational again.
Thats where my troubles start, I intended to take the car for a test drive. When I try to reverse or drive forward I can hear the oil pump whind up unusualy loud, the gear engages for a split second then loses all power, reves up the engine to about 3500rpm and then idles with no power.
