Greetings to the forum users, OBD11 recognizes my car perfectly and offers three one-click apps. However, these apps cannot be activated; the "Activate" button is grayed out for "Mini". Has anyone had the same issue and found a solution? (The support chat does not seem to be available at the moment.) Thomas

Hi there, next day, new attempt: one-clck app "sound signals" can be activated now, 10 credits are correctly deducted from my 200 credits. Immediately afterwards, OBD11 wants to update the unit, but repeatetly fails. Disconnect OBD11, restart, now no update is started anymore. But a corresponding user interface to change the sound signals is not displayed either. Let's see how far I get tomorrow...

With regards to support the team in Lithuania probably had issues with the IT Outages and normal response time is 1 day. They dont work weekends so you need to leave a message if you still have issues.
With regards to the OCA You should be able to get your credits back if it took your money but did not do an update.
When you say it wanted to do an update is that to the OBD11 App or to the Firmware on the dongle, if it was the app have you checked you are on the latest version.

Hi whataboutthis,
thanks for your answer. I think, you are right. It is a good idea to wait a few days until support is available.
Have a nice weekend, Thomas
