I purchased the Pro Pack not realizing that I still had to buy credits in order to use any of the adaptations which show up I guess as "one click apps". This is my first time with an OBDeleven so I thought by purchasing the Pro Pack with accessories for $156.96 would give me everything I needed.
However when I tried to use my device today I was very disappointed to see how everything worked on credits, even with the Pro Plan. Within the OBD app I then upgraded to the ULTIMATE plan which I think was an extra $179.99 on top of the $160 I already paid. I then came onto the website to see that I could have bought the ULTIMATE Pack with device for $216.49, whereas within the OBD app it charged me $179.99 + $156.96 for a total of $336.95, which is $120.46 more than if I'd ordered the ULTIMATE pack from the website.
Can I please get a credit for $120 since I essentially have the Ultimate Pack (Pro Pack + accessories and the Ultimate Plan upgrade).
I feel as though I was deceived, and had I known I wouldn't have been able to do easy adaptations with the Pro Pack I would have ordered the Ultimate Pack to begin with. Please consider making this right. Thank you in advance.
I've tried sending messages to Support via Chat but haven't received a response in the past few days. Is there a more effective way to contact Support?

OBDeleven has a 14 day return policy (https://obdeleven.com/shipping-and-return) for physical items and a 30 day return policy for digital content, so long as you haven't yet used any of the features granted by the plan you purchased via the mobile app - you should be able to make a return. The best way to reach OBDeleven support is through the "help" section inside the app, just keep in mind that they are based in Lithuania so you'll only catch a live chat during their business hours (7a.m. to 6p.m. UTC+3). You could also just email them at support@obdeleven.com
You could also try asking for a refund through the mobile marketplace platform (either Google Play for android or the iOS app store support).
For future reference, if you ever intend to buy credits or a plan renewal - always do so from their website, it's much cheaper that way, as the mobile app stores drive up the price with additional platform fees.
