Hey
This has been annoying me for some time now. Every time I open the adaptions menu I loose all my personal car setups.
Is this normal and is anyone else having this issue or is it just me?
Cheers

Nah, I mean when i change something in central electrics it changes reverts all my personalized settings like driver profiles back to their stock setting like Driver 1, 2 etc, I have to re connect my phone sometimes, and my dash lights revert back to the first option. Pretty much everything in my car setup goes to stock, oh and the lights in the buttons around the infotainment screen go out until i adjust them again.

Iv made thousands of changes so there is no luck there lol.
What I did learn tho is that being in different driver personlisations has changes what is coded for each driver setting.
As I made a great fault to my front lane assist camera while long coding my abs computer and I couldn't fix it at the time. Then I let my mate drive my car and but him into another driver modes and he didn't have the fault light on the dash. This, I found was quite shocking and interesting.
So then I just copied the default driver 3 persmeters to driver 1 through the the infotainment unit and my fault went away.
So there is something that happens when logged into a profile saving the others as backups, I'm sure to a point but I'm keen to see to what end.

I would advise Support of the issue. If you do backups before and after you make some changes they could follow and see what it does.

Contact support using one of the three options shown here obdeleven.proboards.com/thread/1877/contact-app-support-teamFirstly take a backup of the control unit before you do anything. Then turn on your video recording app and show personal settings, and then go to the adaptions menu that you know will cause a problem and go back to personal settings to show they have changed. Then take a backup of the control unit Send all the data to support and point the at this thread if it helps.

Greetings! I have same problem.Previously I just made full scan and checked codings/adaptions.Didnt make any changes nor clicked that button which saves the coding. After that I noticed that driver profiles are set to default and settings reverted to default.Configured my driver profile again. Today I made some changes in coding: Climate control fan speed on Auto mode,Remote active when engine is running.Back lights working with DRL.Made changes manually and saved. After that all driver profiles were reset again. Never had this kind of poblem with other programs( vcds and odis ). Also when I go to the car history and scroll down. Then at the end program will crash and close.
