Good luck, customer service is simply inefficient .
After several emails and chats attempts (BE BACK TOMORROW)! the answers I get is "do this and that", which nothing works. All my credits are gone and no help. All I need to know is: CAN YOU or CAN YOU NOT reset the SERVICE REQUIRED (INSPECTION) light on a AUDI A4 with OBD ELEVEN? Service OIL intervals I can do in the car, without OBDELEVEN, but light for SERVICE REQUIRED is there and it is for the INPSECTION. I really hope I will get an answer after all.
