Hi!
I installed front fog OEM lights in my Golf 7.5 2020 VIN (LP), everything according to the instructions, I coded:
Light bulbs coding: [09], -> [Adaptation channels]
(1)-Leuchte12NL LB45-Lasttyp 12,10 - allgemeine Scheinwerfer (2)-Leuchte12NL LB45-Lampendefektbitposition 12,38 (3)-Leuchte12NL LB45-Fehlerort mittleres Byte DTC-DFCC 12,22 (4)-Leuchte12NL LB45-Lichtfunktion A 12,Nebellicht links (5)-Leuchte12NL LB45-Lichtfunktion B 12,Abbiegelicht links (6)-Leuchte12NL LB45-Dimmwert AB 12,100
(1)-Leuchte13NL RB5-Lasttyp 13,10 - allgemeine Scheinwerfer (2)-Leuchte13NL RB5-Lampendefektbitposition 13,42 (3)-Leuchte13NL RB5-Fehlerort mittleres Byte DTC-DFCC 13,23 (4)-Leuchte13NL RB5-Lichtfunktion A 13,Nebellicht rechts (5)-Leuchte13NL RB5-Lichtfunktion B 13,Abbiegelicht rechts (6)-Leuchte13NL RB5-Dimmwert AB 13,100
Unfortunately, there is still coding in the manual : 1. Apply new switch: Long coding helper, Byte 7, Bit 3:
But my BCM does not support coding (5Q0 937 086 CE), the switch does not respond when I choose to turn on the fog lights, the lights are on all the time along with the low beam in auto mode.
I entered measurement values [IDE05742]_Light switch position and with the value Fog lights I have the result (Not coded / not installed)
Have any of you fitted a new light switch to this BCM version?

I found a solution for the following:
Set Security Access (31347) on 09 Central Electrics
Find the adaptation channel on Central Electrics
Aussenlicht_uebergreifend
and in it find
LDS mit Nebellicht SET To: Yes after this change, the switch with the front fog lamp function will turn them on, when you turn them on.
