Hello,

I apologize in advance if my questions have already been answered.

So, I have a car Audi Ki 4 e-tron 2024 year.

I bought your product and even made a PRO subscription, but alas, I can't do anything except delete some accumulated error.

It keeps telling me "SFD error try again later".

I don't know, maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I've looked and read a lot of stuff and nothing works so far.

I mainly wanted to trigger video on motion.

The Audi Q4 Etron 2024 has SFD2 protection that prevents you making changes to particular modules. Currently as im aware there is no work around at this time as OBD11 have to partner with VW to "allow" the app to bypass the protection. You can make some modifications but others you cannot. You can at least try setting up the SFD section in the app to see if it at least works for the particular modifcation you are wanting to achieve.
