I have setup my EBDEleven and have a full subscription. I am able to change other settings for the car, but my primary reason for getting the software license was to reset the Inspection Due. The instructions the hood must be open with the app, but the hood release is mechanical. Also, opening the hood requires the driver door to be open. This is the process I folowed:
I opened the app and connected to my vehicle, I turned the car on, opeed the driver door and released the front hood, I did NOT get off the seat (this turns the car off on my model). Under Car->Apps->Reset Inspection, I set the drop down to Reset, and held down the checkbox. It confirmed the action was successful, however, the Inspection Due reminder is still there. This is listed as a supported feature for the Q4 e-tron, but it does not seem to work, OR, I am doing something wrong.
Any suggestions?
Thanks, -Dana

Could just be an issue with the particular One-Click App (OCA) itself. Make sure to do a full scan before you use any OCA, then perform the same open front hood steps and try again. If it still doesn't work, just contact OBDeleven support in the "Help" part inside the mobile app.
