Hi guys,
I was wondering if it was possible to add “Tank Lid” deactivation to apps to stop it locking and unlocking with the car? Reason is my actuator is going and I fear it may break before I get chance to replace it and I don’t want it stuck locked!
Thanks!

Dan: Hi. I'm not sure of the answer to your question - but if the central electrics module in this car is the later type, it will have the adaptation channel below (with the default value shown): - ZV allgemein-Tankschloss > Bidirectional
Now, ZV means Zentral Verrieglung -which translates to Central Locking. And allgemein-Tankschloss means general tank lock.
So, this channel translates to: - Central Locking general tank lock > bidirectional
My hunch (guess, really) is that this channel might be worth looking-at.
I suggest that you investigate if this channel has a not active option. Hopefully this setting will tell the central electrics module not to lock the fuel-filler flap with the central locking function (again, I'm guessing)!
Don

Hi, dv52!
Thanks for the reply this helped me find where to turn it off! Unfortunately I need a pro membership to do so which I only have the basic!
Thanks a lot though!

Just an aside but if you know the coding you need doing to get this sorted you can raise a one click app request and hopefully the Developers will build it for you
