Multiple Climatronic Errors (2017 Beetle SEL)

Hi! Just bought a 2017 Beetle SEL and am having Climatronic errors:

B108D54 - Right temperature flap positioning motor, No basic setting
B109171 - Front air distribution door motor, Actuator jammed
B108B71 - Fresh air, recirculation, air flow flap motor, Actuator jammed
B109054 - Defroster flap motor, No basic setting
B108B71 - Fresh air, recirculation, air flow flap motor, Actuator jammed

I had stupidly removed the Climatronic control unit and trim without disconnecting the battery. Could this have fried something? I tried a replacement used Climatronic control unit with no change in the errors.

Everything seems to be working, but I’m not sure what to test..heat and A/C seem to work.

I tried recalibrating the flap motors thru the panel by holding down the front vent and A/C buttons. They flashed but the error keeps reappearing. (VIDEO link below)

Also:
- the 2 center vents don’t blow very hard compared to the side vents. But none are as strong as my 1999 NB was.
- the left center vent control won’t move. It did the other day, but now won’t rotate.
