Hello, I tried to contact support for OBDEleven and that is one of my concerns with this product. I purchased OBDeleven Starter Edition Next Generation Professional OBD2 Bluetooth Diagnostic Scan Tool for Android and iOS in 2020. The device has been working properly. I got some update recently and now I no longer can see the pre-existing long coding for my car. I am wondering if they disabled this feature so I am force to buy a newer model. I cannot see these options anymore, it says not available. Can someone please let me know if that is the case. After opening a ticket with their support and not hearing for a day. I purchased the VAG pro version of ODBEleven in 2020, and it's supposed to be a lifetime subscription. However, I seem to have lost all of the long coding features. I'm wondering if something has changed and I missed it. I find it frustrating that their customer service and forum are unresponsive.

Forum and Facebook are user community and very little involvement / feedback from OBD11
Support I have to agree seem to be slowing down and not wanting to talk via email anymore.
But to your question if you android phone then from the main menu select profile and that will tell you what sort of plan you have, make sure you are using the VAG App and not the Non VAG App (which does support diagnostics on VAG Motors).
With regards to CAN its rubbish it can sometimes give a good answer but I have seen it provide multiple incorrect answers and with regards to the email its very random. Afraid support dont spend much time here so you need to reply to the email saying well you did not solve my issue.
