I paid for 100 credit's saw them on the bottom right of the screen and then went to use 10 credit's brake reset (new pads on the rear) and no credit's only five which I originally had. Very upset now because I have a emergency brake fault and can't move the car. Vw Arteon 2019 Need help who do I talk to ? Thanks

The only thing I can suggest is looking through your payment records to show you have purchased credits and hope that support will take it from there.

I was hoping for a better support. I emailed them and after they did not provide any solution. I got this email today:

Yes I am afraid CAN is there AI (So Called) tool and it does not work.
I had exactly the same, raised a query (in this case I got an answer from the support person) and then got the same email.
Afraid you have to reply and say no you did not give me the answer and I would like my credits back please etc etc.
