I'm new to the Forum and OBDeleven. I have a 2016 Audi Q5 Hybrid, twice a purchased 10 credits to update the Service Due. Both time a selected Fixed US, nothing changed. What am I missing? Please see photos

If you have purchased a one click app and it does not work, double check the narrative to make sure it is correct for your car if it is contact support directly and they will hopefully give you a refund and try and get a fix
