Helpfile system has been updated

Today I raised an issue about the help file for resetting PIN number support.obdeleven.com/en/articles/5606015-how-can-i-reset-the-6-digit-device-pin-in-android and the same issue applies to IOS as well.

The help file has two purposes one how to reset the pin code (and this I would have thought should be in the most frequent question section they removed).
This is very clear and straight forward and meets with OBD11 Requirement that users dont have to raise a ticket.

Secondly it also tells me how to talk with support because the email to send the code to is not correct (previous owner, closed the account etc) and for this I need to speak with support directly.
Support dont want to update the help file (which sadly is not unusual) because quote "Our ultimate aim is to ensure that our bot and FAQ are able to address as many of our customers' concerns as possible, in order to minimize the number of tickets our agents receive." whatever that means.

But after I pointed out that is what I was trying to do and make it easier when needed to talk with support I got the following information

"We are excited to announce that we are currently working on improving our device Pin reset feature. We understand the importance of this feature and we are committed to providing you with the best experience possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work towards implementing these updates in the near future."

So expect a new help bot to arrive "in the near future"
