Description of bug: trying to do a full back up, gets almost done and shuts down app, tried 6 times same outcome

Again you have not updated the new release here. We are now on 1.9.36 and did a full backup although I did see it start and then stop and start again then it worked. What I would point out is according to your web site the minimum IOS Version is 16, my phone is an old one (I only use it for testing OBD11) and is running 15.8.2 but works fine. Can you explain why I need a new phone to upgrade to 16 when it still works now with 15.8.2
Issue sorted you web page shows 16 when buying the dongle but your help files explain that VAG App is 14 but non vag app is 16 might be helpful for old blokes like me if you show showed the correct information.

Hi whataboutthis, Yes, you're right. We've raised the minimum required iOS version to 16 for the non-vag app, which is why we've put it on the website. However, there are no plans to raise the iOS version for the vag app at this time, so you can still use it. |
