and clearing codes. So they (OBD11) have released on Android only the non VAG App now supports VAG Vehicle for scanning and clearing codes. It also means your garage (which previously in my case had my other make cars) is now full of all the VAG cars in my garage as well. One other benefit is you can now use the VIN Lookup function 1/ From your garage select the blue box
2/ Enter the VIN code of your VAG or Non Vag Vehicle
 3/ You will see the following style report showing you issues according to millage
 
If you put in a VIN and they dont have enough data (I found this doing the test on a Ford Transit Van) you get the following screen

Thanks for the update (and your good work in the past in keeping us informed about these matters) - but I'm NOT happy with the new version!!
I loaded the new app in the hope that I could use these interesting features (I shouldn't have done so). After the new app loaded - I immediately lost my old password and was forced to add new password - which is NO big issue! However, what was a BIG issue was the fact that I also lost my lifetime PRO subscription!!!
When I went back to the old App and I tried to make a simple coding change - I immediately got the message "function not available". So again, lost my lifetime PRO subscription!!
Yes - I sent the help-desk a message of complaint - but NOT a good user experience!!

I think they are having technical issues as I have a lifetime pro and done exactly the same as you with no issues.
I have sent you a PM with a workaround till support come back next week.
