One click app already available for 2020 - Audi A4 saloon but limited to Japanese cars. To extend functionality to European cars
JP - Japanese
By default when the car is unlocked, the taillights light up immediately. Change light-up type to the animated.
Requirements
The taillights with animation function must be installed and connected correctly to the vehicle

Lock or unlock the car to start taillight animation

But it’s only available for avant- models Basic Animation - when the segments of the position lights in the taillights turn on all at once by sliding and highlighting RS Animation - when the segments of the position lights in the taillights turn on incrementing one by one ©Functions Activate taillights animation to Basic or RS model Requirements To activate this app, your vehicle must have at least BASIC animation as mentioned in the description ! Attention 1. This function is not related to the dynamic turn signal and it changes only the type of position lights 2. First turn the ignition ON and then open the vehicle's hood to activate the app 3. Only for Avant models |

That's because there isn't rs4 sedan version, only avant.
You can try this app, but if it will not work we can't do anything and you will lost credits.
Some people say that worked for them.

Understand from feedback it doesn’t work with this one click app version. My A4 saloon doesn’t come with basic animation currently. For consideration to enable this, pls. VCDS can do so. |

If you know how to do it via VCDS, you can share info and we will create app if it's possible.
But I don't think, that it's possible only via coding, if you don't have basic animation.

Hi, I am in Australia. I have a 2020 A4 with dynamic turn signal. Would this work for me? Or am I classified as Europe. Sorry. I'm not sure if I'm Japan or Europe.
