hmm......... something real odd about the long-code string on this central electrics module! I'm surprised that an Audi A3 8V that was built in 2019 has an 09 module with an active long-code!! Plus the actual value of the long-code in your picture looks wrong!! Please provide a full UNEDITED (meaning, no changes) SCAN for this car - likt this:
First - make sure that Freeze-frame is active on your OBD account - see HERE
- Fire-up OBD11 software - no need to plug-in the OBD11 dongle, or to connect to the car.
- On the Home screen, select Garage (it's on the lower left side of the screen)
- If you have registered multiple cars against your account - select the correct vehicle
- On the car information screen, select History
- Follow the screenshots below:
Once you receive the email that you sent to yourself in the last screenshot above - copy and paste the contents into a new post (as an attachment, if possible) Don

kub2on hmm............ not sure what part of my request (copy below) you didn't understand - maybe English is the reason for the omission? Please provide a full UNEDITED (meaning, no changes) SCAN for this car
SCAN reports contain lots of valuable information and they can be read in many different ways for diagnostic purposes!. The reason why I ALWAYS request an UNEDITED report is because it tells how the car was factory built. Yes, you have presented this problem as a problem with the central electrics module and you are probably correct. However, an UNEDITED SCAN provides context to understanding this matter! Some folk have a problem disclosing the VIN (I've never understood why - everyone can see the VIN under the windshield) - if so, delete the VIN before uploading the SCAN. Anyhow, rant over - YES, my initial comments about this central electrics module was correct. A 5Q0937084DD/5Q0937084CG module does NOT have an active long-code facility - which means that OBD11 should report a string of zeros So, somehow, someone has incorrectly forced the long-code values shown in your SCAN snippet into this module. However, this is NOT the cause of the U101400 error (the module should ignore the incorrect long-code string). I suggest that you return the long-code string on this module to its proper value - which is a zero string!
Clearly there has been coding changes made that has caused this module to be unhappy! Please explain what modifications were made and what your intention was in making these changes. Refer to your HISTORY records
