Hello everyone.

My Friend has an Audi A6 Allroad 2013.
He also he has an pretty advanced Autel workshop diagnostic tool.
He had a problem with an Air bag in the Airsuspension an fooled around abit with his Autel and ran the function "reset all adoptions" in the Chassi control unit.

After that the car had the following faultcodes:

After some research I find that the long code should be "008000" becuse of the equipment (pr-list) for the car.

Is there anyone who has experience whit this fault?
Or can someone say how I can find the original Coding for the car?

hmm....... No one should EVER enable reset all adaptations in ANY module!!!

Doing so returns the module coding to the state when it was in the Audi warehouse - meaning the coding state before the module was installed into the car and coded on the assembly-line. That's why this module has lost the long-code string for the car as factory built!!

And, from the rest of the errors in your list - I suspect that the module may also have lost some of its initial calibration values in Basic settings- which is a post vehicle build procedure for some modules

Anyhow, as for your specific question - clearly the module is NOT happy with the long-code value that you installed. I'm not familiar with the "pretty advanced Autel workshop diagnostic tool" that you mentioned - but normally any good diagnostic device will keep a record of previous coding/SCAN activities.

If your friend has sometime in the past accessed this module, maybe there is a copy of the lost long-code string in the Autel history data? Worth a look - IMO!

Finally, I enclose below 2 x examples of an Audi A6 Allroad 2013 with a CLAA engine and with a 34 Chassis Control module that has Software number: 4G0907553F and Hardware number: 4G0907553F. The first car is UK based and the second is from Europe

As you can see - they both have a long-code string = 008001. In fact, my observation is that the long-code value that varies on A6's with this module is the last digit (it is sometimes "2" and sometimes "3"). This means that the variation in long-code appears to happen in Byte 03, Bit 0-1 like this:

Byte 03

00 > Bit 0=0, Bit 1=0 (this is your current value)
01 > Bit 0=1, Bit 1=0 (this is the value in the 2 x cars below)
02 > Bit 0=0, Bit 1=1
03 > Bit 0=1, Bit 1=1

So, I suggest that you experiment - try 008001 initially and then try clearing the remaining errors

There must be a way to put in the serial number again and get it coded? In that field on this car it just says "!", so I think thats one of the problems.
My software version says 0783
Software number is G at the end
Hardware number is F at the end.
So almost the same as you mentioned above

Car is in europe

Any help would be great

konigsson : hmm........ it's not a "serial number", long-code is a string of coding values that tells J187 (the module) how the car was built - meaning what options were installed in the car on the assembly-line that J187 will need to control. The long-code values switch-ON (or OFF) various sub-routines in the module firmware - these sub-routines operate the multiple production options that can be installed in the car depending on the buyer's choice.

If you supply the VIN to Audi, I suspect that they will be able to give your the correct long-code string.

Anyhow, assuming this is the same car make/model as OP- maybe consider the "coding" value in the following:
