When is SFD2 going to be able to be coded, and how will paying customers be reimbursed for their useless subscriptions?

No point asking that question here because there is very little interaction with OBD11 and non with the Support Teams.
Raise the question directly via email or help system.
My personal view is you will get no refund (as T & C State This limited warranty does not guarantee any continued availability of any third party’s service on which the Hardware’s use or operation may depend.) but if nothing else you could ask them to suspend your account (dont ask dont get)
With regards to when - Its down to VAG to deliver and then if OBD11 have to do development they will be able to answer but my current understanding is they are still waiting for VAG to deliver.
