Hello, I have the ODBelevn Pro Vag and would like to add functionality by manually coding instead of buying apps so I know exactly what I'm changing. Can someone please provide guidance with scripts to modify the colors inside the vehicle, I have seen this on the Jetta GLI. Does my model car (2020 VW GTI SE MK7.5) allow for 30 colors, or just 10? I saw both available as apps in ODBeleven Pro which is confusing. Also, in my car I have the red LED stripe for my door. For my model car is this color set dynamically so if I can change the door color stripe to match the infotainment screen? or.. Here is a link to a video I found on this topic:

Oh my video 😂🤣😂 Your car will be 30 colours (read the comments on the video as someone asked in there) but the footwell and the door strips will remain red Follow the video then just add 11-30 in the other menu

Oh wow you know your stuff! Thanks for sharing all that information very cool, so customizable. I think for me, after I did a little more research.. I'm gonna hold off on the ambient colors. If I was able to change the door and footwell colors then I would attempt to do this and would make sense. Thanks for your help, Steve

Well the coding for 10 colours is in the coding and adaptions page (page 3 I think) plus I did end up finding the independent brightness control a while later and with the help of voltas (they changed it because the pattern was wrong) managed to get it working, and as I have a early 2017 module it won’t do the 30 colours but it is also in these forums somewhere, but as I understand VW changed the menu descriptors (probably why there’s a v1 and v2) but as I understand the door LEDs and the infotainment/AID would have different colours due to the effect differences of LEDs and LCDs so it’s not as easy as popping the colours in in the programming stage after replacing the wiring looms/LEDs
