Hey everyone, medium time listener first time caller here. I ordered an OBD Eleven with a Pro Plan with the intention of doing my own DPF Regens as I've had issues the last few years and didn't want to pay someone to do it anymore. I read these forums, and read the how to's before deciding to place my order. I received it a few weeks ago and I've been trying to regen ever since. I used the forum to locate the relevant live data on channel 108, and the basic regen setting on channel 226. Changed my security access. My live data shows only 9ml of soot well below thresholds, but my DPF stays on and the car wants to regen every time I drive it. I figured I would just force the regen anyway to make it happy but I get the same message each time: "Function started, control module busy" I've repeated the process a dozen times or more. Is there something I'm missing? or a way to reset the DPF light/system to keep it from regening every time I drive? Vehicle is a 2010 VW Jetta Sportwagen TDI w. manual transmission.
