Have you guys stopped developing the VAG App,

I raised the question on Google Play when updating my review of the app and the response I got was

"Thanks for the updated opinion. We continue to develop both VAG and non-VAG apps actively. We care about your concerns and are working to improve communication. For a more in-depth response to all your questions, please contact our support team via the "Help" section in the app, as response size here, for us, is quite limited. Thanks for sharing!"

whilst I fully agree you are updating the non VAG app (some of which is VAG Related) If I look at the long list of historic bugs they are still not being developed.

If I look at what is missing on IOS vs Android you still have not updated it

If I look at the Chart system that many many users have asked for simple changes these have still not been done.

If you look at the minimum supported IOS Level, this was raised (according to support response) due to security issues but for some reason this was also not applied to VAG.

I fully appreciate you are working on the SFD2 Issues (would be nice to get an update) but in my view the majority of releases have been your re-branding efforts (which i understand but don't actually give me the user anything) and bug fixes to things you introduced in a previous release.

I also note your non vag app scan on my VAG motors is much more efficient (eg quicker) but that has not been applied to the vag app - Why as I dont want to have to use 2 apps for one motor.

And Finally I note you have removed the request section for VAG other than one click apps - how are we supposed to nag you about stuff we want.

Well I am going to partake in the online chat with OBD11 people (its open to all) and have the following comments to make about the app. Update this was a very usefull session to help oBD11 Understand what I find rubbish and what is useful.

IOS and Android VAG App dont offer the same level of support

IOS and Android backlog of bugs still very large and not being worked on.

According to support.obdeleven.com/en/articles/8910926-which-features-will-work-in-my-country Toyota does not support one click apps even though they have been advertising it does so which is right.. I would also add that if you ask the stupid BOT it tells you UK is included and points you to the above article but that is only talking about Diagnostic support not one click apps.

Charts Feature needs to be updated a lot and give users the ability to save them so they can use them again and again.

obdeleven.com/products/nextgen-obdeleven-device it says Compatible with Android 8.0 or later, iOS 16.0 or later, Harmony OS devices but if you check support.obdeleven.com/en/articles/5603313-what-android-ios-versions-are-needed-to-use-obdeleven it shows a different story, also I want to understand why they dont have to have the same level of security.

obdeleven.com/products/nextgen-obdeleven-device the link at the bottom of the page to Google store takes you to the NON VAG App all the other links take you to a page where you can see both apps and choose the correct one.

obdeleven.com/features?Seat well under the most popular features "Program control units yourself" it talks about Coding and Long Coding but no mention of Adaptation which is what UDS Control units have Further if you follow the link to read FAQ this takes you to Coding on non uds control units, which is correct but there is more than this and owners would not recognize the coding values section because they dont have it.

obdeleven.com/video-tutorial this has a nice video but it talks about VOLTAS IT which no longer exists and email address which again are no longer active.

Web Page for supported vehicles will show duplicate one click apps (or tripple in some cases) due to bug in software and further does not show all apps so best to use the actual phone app.

Cost of one click apps I noticed a number of Toyota Basic One Click apps that cost 30 credits but the VAG one only charges 10 credits looks like a hidden price rise to me.

No. Your device comes with a FREE plan that allows you to scan, diagnose, and clear faults whenever you need to, at no extra cost.

However, if you want to activate One-Click Apps, you’ll need to get credits first (our in-app currency).

The PRO VAG or ULTIMATE VAG subscription will be required only if you’ll want to use professional features like coding and adaptations.

as this is a page just for Toyota why are you talking about VAG Pro or Ultimate package.

same page you say where can i find tutorials and guides and you suggest going to the help pages. Perviously you had a specific section for Toyota now you dont and as stated above some of the help files on OCA and Country Limitations need updating.

As I understand, your responding time on the chat is up to 6h. But what if I’m waiting 24h now and my previous chat was closed without any information? Especially that I asked some questions and my problem wasn’t solved at all.

I agree I have raised many issues that just close down and no response. And even the 6h time limit is very often much longer, Today for example you are already showing one day response time I would suggest you get some more people on your team as this is not unusual.

Lexus does not get much of a mention....

The biggest pain now is missing featuters in charts:
- at least to add a search field for charts, to make it easier to create new chart. (this should be easy to add as it is already in live data)
- the ability to save charts so user can use them again and again.
