Hello friends, I was wondering if anyone of you could help me, recently I got into a somewhat difficult mission. I wanted to update my Golf Comfortline Sport 2016 1.4tsi Mexicano, to the folding mirrors (it doesn't have them from the factory) so I bought some mirrors, installed them and coded them with obdeleven and I realized that the door module of my Golf is not compatible so I had to do another update to the GTI door modules so far everything is ok I installed the modules and with obdeleven I transferred the long coding from the old modules to the new ones from GTI and almost everything worked perfectly but not everything turned out well. The passenger door is giving me problems since the passenger glass when you press to make it go up the glass goes down and when you press it You say to lower the glass and also raise the mirror, it has all the functions backwards, I did a scanner with OBD and it shows an error in unit 52 "B148754 Ford window regulator engine, no basic settings" I looked in some forums and they said that by holding down 3- 5 seconds after finishing opening or closing the window I already tried that option and without any success I think it goes more along the way of coding than anything else so I would appreciate if someone can give me a little help I leave you an img for more information
I leave the part number of the old modules and also the new ones Old 5Q0 959 393 B / 5Q0 959 392B New 5Q0 959 592 B / 5Q0 959 593B

NOSCAR : Hi. Hmmm......... Of course anything is possible and I'm not familiar with a "Mexicano" - I assume that it's a kind-of North America Region (NAR) type model, maybe (not sure about this)? Anyhow - you are not the first to have reported the problems that you describe. In general, the usual cause of this behavior after retrofitting a new door module is the dataset in the module. Where did you get the new modules? Were they sourced as new, or as second-hand units? And more importantly, is the dataset in the modules programmed for Left, or Right hand drive - I'm assuming that car's are LHD in Mexico?
Maybe check with the module seller which drive-side the module dataset has?

Hola. Yo tenía el mismo problema con el espejo izquierdo que la función iba al revés y lo que hice fue desmontar el espejo y cambiar (los corte) el lugar de los cables. No se si te servirá de ayuda pero a mi me resolvió el problema. Mira aqui: Suerte. Hi. I had the same problem with the left mirror that the function was reversed and what I did was remove the mirror and change the location (cut them) of the cables. I don't know if it will help you but it solved my problem. Look here: Luck.

NOSCAR : OK - the screenshots that you provided in your last post showing the original values of the long-code strings in the 2 x new modules confirm my suspicion about the dataset (the module calls this a "Parameter set"). The fact that Byte 05, Bit 0=1 on one of the modules (I assume this screenshot is from the passenger-side module) means that the dataset in this module is for a Right-hand drive vehicle. You can validate my conclusion by going to Advanced Information for this module and select Number of parameterization attempts. If the reported number is ONE - it means that this module has its original factory dataset - which is for right-hand drive.
You can also confirm the ID of the Parameter set in Advanced Information. I don't have a decoding list of which Parameter set number applies to Right-hand drive, but maybe you can find this somewhere?
Alas, OBD11 can't be used to change the dataset in a module
The solution suggested by vrejas66 might work - but I suspect that it won't solve the reverse window-glass up/down problem

My problem was the driver's side mirror, left-hand drive. I closed the car and the mirror opened, I opened the car and the mirror closed, I cut the cables (this is how the phase is changed) and I reversed them. The mirror now works correctly. I think that if Noscar reverses the cables it could be the solution.

NOSCAR : OK, las capturas de pantalla que proporcionaste...
Update I think the re-uploads were not uploaded correctly, and number parametrización attempts if the number is at 1 don

I really have nothing more to add - again, it appears that the passenger side module has a dataset/parameter-set for a right-hand drive car
