Hello amazing people of this forum.

I must say, the Golf MK8 looks way better without this stupid led strip in the front grill. Especially in night, when the logo doesn't light up, it looks like shit.
Currently I have disabled it by disconnecting the wires going into the led grill strip, but this gives me the /!\ warning my led strip (left+right) is not working properly.

So, I want to disable this led strip using my obdeleven. Can anyone help me with the right codes to completely disable this functionality? I can't find it.

(I want to disable the led strip functionality, so I can plug them back in. I do not want to just 'remove' the error faults.

I drive MK8 GTE.

Try after coding to lock the car and wait 5minutes. Coding with open hood. That should work. I did the same on my Golf 8 R (2021) with IqLight
