By definition, "aftermarket headunit, android HU" is non OEM equipment which means that each manufacturer's product is different! So it's anyone's guess how the new head-unit in this car was designed.

I suspect that the ONLY way to answer your question is to contact the manufacturer of the un-named "aftermarket headunit"!!

So no optic connection.
