I'm new in the forum but i have an issue with some live data parameters using OBDeleven.
Let me explain the case:
Few days ago I was in the VW service and the service guys made a full battery check on my ID.3 and after that they told me that i had one problematic module which of course is just 6.87kw. The reason for my visit was the range of my ID.3 with 77kw battery pack because in the full charged condition and with reset all the parameters the car shows that is 100% charged and that i have just 300km range, which I can't reach at all, in my best scenario I use 270km in the town.
The car is 3 years old and 25000km range and I bought one OBDeleven device to check the full battery capacity and degradation but when im lookkng at the parameters the obdeleven only shows me "0", in other words, any data. I enter in the Getway than Live data and find the Battery Charge capacity parameter and it shows me nothing.
So my question is, Am I doing something wrong or the VW service has locked the parameters which i want to see?
