Hey all. So I've been having a bit of trouble everytime I select play and run the log then click stop I can search all the way through and see everything but when I click save it just says can't save chart at the bottom. Working off of android and have the most current app update. I do have pro so I should be able to do this in theory. I need to get the files shared over for fine tuning can anyone help before I go buy vcds

I ran some charts yesterday with no issue.
1/ Setup Chart and press start - to do the recording 2/ When finished hit the stop button 3/
4/ Name the chart 5/ Hit the save button and it should work.
Personally I always do this with ignition on and connected to the car

Personally, I like to do it with the vehicle running and even driving to... I know this sounds crazy... track what the car is doing to send back to the tuner :0. I'm not having a problem running them. It just will not save for me to share.

Well if you are doing all this when running its fine, Obviously there is a need for a good internet connection but if you did not have that then I suspect the charts would not work.
Couple questions are you on a newish version of Android
Does your car have SFD Protection do you know.
Do you give your charts a name before you try and save them
Have you sent a picture of the error to support.
