Hi Community! I've ordered a OBDEleven firstGen, and have encountered a problem with 6-Digit PIN - it was registered to another email already, and device came not sealed. The support team has restted it for me. Now, I can not modify anything in my car because of message "Battery voltage to low". I've calibrated the voltage in App -> Settings -> Device -> Voltage -> Calibrate. On the main screen it shows 0.0 V. I've checked the Battery Voltage Gauge - it shows 14.9 Volts Measured with multimeter on 16-th pin on OBD - 14.93 Volts Measured on battery - 14,99 Volts. Wrote to the support but no answer. I'm supposing that was the reason the device was returned, and sent to me already used. Could be the problem in dongle itself or the problem is in the car? The car is Skoda Octavia iV 2020.

Hi! I have the same problem with a new Gen2 device. I had the opportunity to test the device on two Audi (A6&A7) and got a similar error - low voltage 1.3V So I think it's a device issue.
If you managed to find a solution, please let me know.
