You need a new gear selector lever 5H0713059R (regular is Q). Besides that, you need to have the KESSY-IO 5WA959436J (keyless access, not only keyless start). Then you need to route a wire from KESSY-IO pin 30 to pin 9 of the new gear select lever. Re-pinning the KESSY module requires removal of the complete dash (impossible to reach otherwise). Looks cool, but if you don't plan upgrading kessy entry as well, it is just too much work.
