I just tried this app on my 2012 golf tdi but it doesn't work. I do have the electric folding mirrors installed from factory. Anyone else have this issue.

I've got a mk6 ed35 also equipped with auto folding mirrors, but it also doesn't work well either

Hello all, I have the same issue , my MK6 2012 high line, equipped with all requires for folding mirror, but the app give me not supported message. I contacted the tech support for more than month!!, and all what they said: we tested the app and its works good !!! i kept contact them but they don't have anything to help !!. is there a way to do it with long coding ??    |

I read somewhere, I can't remember where, that you need to go into the comfort settings menu in the MFD and tick the comfort mirrors box.
Also, the mirror switch I believe needs to be in the passenger mirror position.
If that is possible, it won't of course work if the app says the coding won't take.
