Hello

My name is Uwe amd I am from Germany. I just last Sunday bought a "new" Audi...an Jan.2000 A4 Avant. This is my first 21st century car. I have and will keep my other two Audis thouigh. I have a 1990 Audi 200turbo and also a 1992 80B4.

Now my question. I am ready to buy the pro version but just wanted to checvk something out before. I will get one adapter I guess. The sw will come via googel app store? I have a cell phone and a tablet, do I have to buy two times or just once? I guess the adapter stays in place? So can I theoretically access my car while driving? It would be nice to use the mobile phone when under way but to use the tablet via WiFi when at home...due to the larger screen.

Hallo Uwe, der Stecker kann im OBD2-Anschluss verbleiben während der Fahrt, wenn das ringsherum dies zulässt. Manche Anschlüsse sind hinter einer Klappe versteckt, die dann offen bleiben muss und das fahren erschwert.

Wenn du in deinem Handy einen WLAN Hotspot einschaltest, kannst du mit dem WLAN Tablet auch unterwegs die App nutzen.

You can use simple 2x2 adapter for your older Audi and with it hood can be closed.

Yes this is great option to use phone as Hotspot. We are working on landscape mode of app for tablets.
