I just received my OBDeleven device in the mail today, purchased via ebay directly from you. I've been running the Pro app since I purchased the device, Jnjholding username.
The device is able to retrieve my VIN number, and monitor several of the live data items: Accelerator Pedal Position, Time Since Trouble Codes Cleared, Time Run with MIL on, Ambient Air Temperature, etc...
My problem is that I can not get into any of the control units after being connected. I'll click in the Scan circle, and it will take me to the next page, but will not load any of the Control units. I can sort by name, number, etc.. but there is nothing else on the screen.
I have paired the device, via Bluetooth, but it doesn't appear to connect through my phone's pairing function, just through the app's password.
My Phone: Motorola Nexus 6, Android 6.0 Marshmallow. OBDeleven (Beta) 0.6.7
I first tried this simply using the app password to pair the device. Then when that didn't work, I attempted using the phone's bluetooth pairing function. I've tried using LTE data as internet connectivity, and using Wifi through my home network.
Please let me know what I may be missing.
Thanks, Jack
**edit** I just went out and tried it again. Even though I get the live data, it does not appear to actually scan the car. I hit scan, and it almost instantly goes to no problems found, which is likely the reason I don't see any control units for coding or troubleshooting.

We are analyzing this issue. It will be great if one of you can connect to car, press scan then press three dots in top right corner and select "report error"

I'm happy to report a full scan, and I can see all modules.
However, there still appears to be a problem. I can't access some of the modules, only limited modules show a green icon.
I made a new report titled "ness2".
Thanks, We are making progress.

In control units list you see all control units that can be installed in your car, control units with green marks is reachable and doesn't store any faults, red mark means that cu is reachable but have trouble codes stored.

Hopefully this video shows what is going on.
Just so you know, I have a very well equipped S4 Convertible. The only things that aren't on it from the factory are: TPMS, Navigation and rear seat heaters.
What lead me to this product was windows 10. When I installed 10 on my laptop, it essentially bricked my 'knock off' VCDS software and cable. My convertible top was having an issue and flashing the light, so I needed a way to get into that module and see if it is a sensor problem.
You'll notice I attempt to access roof electronics, along with a couple of other modules, that I have been in before with the old VCDS cable. I will also need to reset my oil service light soon, as I have an oil change coming up in 100 miles, so I figured I'd give your product a try.
I'm liking the device and app so far, and appreciate your efforts in getting us this far.

I dont have the paid application as yet, but tested the fix and am able to see live apps and control units. thanks. I know this is the A4 board but I tested the app on a 2003 Golf 1.6 and had the same prior to the fix you provided us. is this something you can look into?

I just tried out the newest update, which also prompted an update to the device itself.
Still no change. I don't have any available apps, and can only access the modules from my video.

It had been a while, several updates have been released.
My problem still persists. I am still unable to access the majority of my modules, or perform any coding.

Hi, Did you get to the bottom of this? I have a B7 and am interested in obdeleven but don't want to buy it if it has issues with my car. Thanks.

I have an A4 B7 Cab and have never had no access problems. I am trying to find how to code in retrofit cruise control to get it up and running. I think there should be an online manual maybe. Trying to get information from other users isn't always the best way to go.
