Hello, I'm new here! I have an ID3 Pure Performance 11/2021 (MY 2022) but the dealer doesn't tell me the onboard charger's limit to 7,4 kw AC and 50 kw DC. For the AC I don't care because i charge always at home. For the DC do you know if there are only software limiter? I found a setting with OBD for change the charge power, but I'm a bit scared to causing overheating maybe? I don't know if the DC inverter it's the same of the ID3s with 100kw.. Thanks for your help!

I asked at the dealer if it is possible to buy this upgrade and they said it is not possible. Strangely, Skoda Eniaq has this SW upgrade option. It would be interesting to see spare parts catalogue to see, if there is some difference in hardware between upgraded 100kW CCS and regular 50kW CCS. Note that in UK all cars are 100kW CCS by default.
