Hello:
This is not a bug report, it is a suggestion to improve the UI on iOS.
I am using iOS 17.2.1 and the OBDeleven app 1.9.27. My phone is a iPhone XR, the vehicle is a 2024 Golf GTI 'Performance' Canadian spec.
My suggestion is that you include an option in the "settings" section of the OBDeleven app to tell the app that if only one OBDeleven hardware device that has been previously recognized by the app is detected when the app is launched, the app should automatically select that hardware device and move on to the next step, which is 'Scan'.
For someone like me, an enthusiast user working on my own car at home with no other OBDeleven hardware devices within a kilometer of me, it seems that it should be unnecessary for me to need to manually select the one and only OBDeleven hardware device within Bluetooth range of my phone.
Thank you for your consideration of this request.
