Audi A6 2020 Premium Plus - would like to have the auto shutoff feature disabled on start up, and have to press the button to turn it on (basically reverse to what is currently) alternatively disable the auto shutoff feature so I do not have to press the disable button everytime the vehicle starts

Hello, I have tried the app multiple times activating and deactivating following the provided steps, a Success message appears after activating this feature but it seems nothing happens. The auto shutoff button is still available on the MMI and I am able to activate/deactivate using that app. But upon vehicle start up the auto shutoff is enabled again. Looking for any input thank you in advance.

Looks like this feature not working for your car. We will try to find other solution, but we can't say when it will be.

Hello, I would like to re-visit this as I posted the initial request 12 months ago and the Auto-Shutoff feature is just as annoying as it was in the beginning. Any advice on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
