Front Assist not working after Traffic Sign Rec added

Coding Traffic Sign Recognition (if you don’t have it) a.k.a Dynamic Road Sign Display
Works on my spouse’s ‘19 Tiguan (HL+)and my ‘18 S3 8V (FL) Assuming it’d work on mk7/7.5 Rs(and maybe on 8R at some point)so I thought I might share

I've been trying to get this to work on a pre-facelift (2016) R. Still a no go... I'm in Canada, speed signs are in black and white.

I followed the instructions down to a T, but I'm still getting "No road signs available" in my dash. Am I missing anything??

Module: 5F (Information electronics)
Adaptation → Channel: Car Function List BAP Gen2 - traffic sign recognition 0x21 → active
Adaptation → Channel: Car Function List BAP Gen2 - traffic sign recognition 0x21 msg bus → Databus extended
Adaptation → Channel: Car Function Adaptations Gen2 - menu display road sign identification → active
Adaptation → Channel: Car Function Adaptations Gen2 - menu display road sign identification over threshold high → active
Coding → Long Coding → Byte: 24 → Bit: 6 → active (was already on)

Module: A5 (Front Sensors Driver Assistance System)
Security Access → Code: 20103
Coding → Long Coding → Byte: 01 → Bit: 0 → active
Adaptation → Channel: Road Sign Detection Fusion Mode → Road sign detection
Adaptation → Channel: Display end of speed limit symbol → active
Adaptation → Channel: Valid additional characters (display valid additional signs) → 00100111 (was already 100111)
Adaptation → Channel: Display No passing allowed" -> active
Adaptation → Channel: Function Module Road Sign Recognition -> On

Module: 17 (Instruments Cluster)
Coding → Long Coding → Byte: 05 → Bit: 2 → active

Reboot infotainment unit by pressing and holding volume knob for 10 seconds.

I tried the above, but there are some clarifications that are different from my 2021 Tiguan SEL North America. And after doing this I now no longer have Front Assist. Throwing an error. No idea why.

The Bold items are what my items are refereed to in ODB11 and the green items are the new items I activated. The red items were not available to me to set.

Adaptation → Channel: Vehicle menu operation - menu display road sign identification standstill → active
Adaptation → Channel: Vehicle menu operation - menu display road sign identification after disclaimer → active
Coding → Long Coding → Byte: 24 → Bit: 6 → active (this just set Bit 1, 2 and 5 to active when I activate Bit 6)
