I buy kufatech cable set there 1 wire the says T30o/12 where i need to plug this cable ??

From your link it looks like there is one adapter cable for each headlight. My guess would be that this bypasses the xenon control unit. So either look in the circuit diagram, where the plug connections are labeled as well, or ask the dealer if there is no connection diagram included.
Your assumption with BCM could be correct. But there is no T73o connection, only T73a or T73b.
The number after the slash is then the corresponding pin of the connection.
